What to Expect
The Smell
You'll smell us before you see us. Fresh sourdough, wood smoke, and butter. That's how you know you're close.
The Space
Our converted warehouse has exposed brick, big windows, and a long communal table. The wood-fired oven is visible from every seat — you'll watch Henri work while you eat.
The Counter
Walk up and see what's fresh. Breads are displayed whole and sliced to order. Pastries go fast — if you want a kouign-amann, come early.
Arrive Early
We bake in limited quantities. Our most popular loaves sell out by late morning. Saturday is especially busy. Come before 10am for the best selection.
Parking
Street parking on Chestnut. There's also a free public lot one block south on Eagle Street. Bike rack out front.
Saturday Market
Find us at the River Arts District Saturday Market from 9am to 1pm. We bring a limited selection of loaves and all the pastries.
